Teaching
I teach Comparative Animal Physiology 1 (Biology 3602) and 2 (Biology 3603), and Ecology, Evolution and Biodiversity (Biology 1116). I use Nexus for these courses and if you are a student you can log in here.
I also teach a field course called Field Research in Animal Ecology and Energetics (Biology 4602) which covers a range of topics from behavioural ecology to physiology and allows students to conduct independent projects on the behaviour, ecology and/or physiology of wild animals. The course will be offered as a Fall 2022 course with the field component running in late July 2022. The 2009 syllabus for the course is available here - the 2022 version of the course will be similar. If you are interested please contact Dr. Willis.
